HR Operations Manager
Frazer John Recruitment is working alongside our Manchester based client to find a HR Operations Manager to work with them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work with a recognised commercial organisation reporting into the HR Director.
As the HR Operations Manager you will manage a team of business partners as well as advisors, administrators and other department staff. You will coordinate the operations and activities on an estate wide level, as well as leading several projects within the HR department.
The client is looking for someone who is:
- Confident to challenge at all levels of the business.
- Flexible with communications skills and an instinct to drive the team forwards.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable with a high volume work-load and not be afraid to "roll your sleeves up".
- Able to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions in a cost effective way.
- An enthusiastic team player with the ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Willing to travel and provide support where needed.
- Able to interface at all levels of the organisation.
- A true commercial and credible business partnership approach.
