HR Business Partner
Frazer John Recruitment, HR practice is partnering with our Yorkshire based client to find their newest HR Business Partner to work with them for a 12 Month FTC. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work on a for a large well thought of organisation.
As a business partner, you will help drive the HR agenda and business partner with the senior leadership team. You will have proven experience of working within a dynamic and well established team, as well as advising and supporting line managers on a range of topics.
Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will help mentor and support other members of the team. You will be responsible for developing the human resources strategy.
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Sound employment law knowledge
- A HR generalist skill-set
- Delivery of people management training
- Experience dealing with complex organisations
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Tenacious and driven attitude
- Be willing and confident with up-skilling senior management
- Implementation of workforce planning processes
- Exposure in dealing with and negotiating with trade unions
- Succession planning and engagement
