Frazer John Recruitment HR Practice is currently working with our Manchester based client in sourcing a HR Director to lead and inspire its existing HR function. This is a key role within the organisation, working closely with the leadership team, you will devise and lead effective people strategies whilst ensuring the HR function delivers a service to the organisations employees in order for them to develop and to attract new talent into the organisation as being a great place to work.
As the HR Director in this organisation your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Work with the senior leadership team to design and lead strategic projects to align the people agenda with the business growth plans
- Empower the existing people team to deliver excellence within their respective areas
- Lead on all change initiatives within the organisation, working with all business areas to ensure consistency and complete buy-in
- Engage with senior stakeholders, influencing and driving the collaborative culture of the organisation
The role of HR Director within this organisation requires candidates to demonstrate previous experience of leading and representing a HR function at board level, within a fast-paced commercial organisation. Although experience covering Talent and Learning & Development is desired, it is essential that candidates have a strong and through understanding of employee relations matters around restructures, tribunals and TUPE etc along with up to date knowledge of UK employment law. Naturally, you will posses the ability to manage and influence stakeholders within a results driven environment, and challenge where necessary.
