- Setting the transformational HR strategy, planning and governance.
- Business Readiness and embedding change, alongside change impact analysis.
- Will have a strong track record managing stakeholders and influencing at a senior level.
- Be responsible for ensuring transformation and change is effectively delivered throughout the organisation.
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop process and policy, organisational structure and design, culture and values, attraction and retention strategies.
- Oversight of talent management and succession planning, performance and behavioural frameworks.
