Interim Head of HR
Frazer John Recruitment, HR Interim is looking for an immediately available Interim Head of HR to join a great business and complete a three to six month contract.
Our client is a fast-paced, medium sized, organisation who, due to business change, are looking to appoint an interim Head of HR to develop a more value add HR function.
The interim Head of HR will report directly to the Managing Director, have a number of key stakeholders and manage a team of three. In addition, the interim Head of HR will be responsible for both the strategic direction of the HR function as well as the day to day operational tasks for the entire group. As mentioned above the aim of the interim Head of HR would be to develop the HR department into a more value added service and work collaboratively with the key stakeholders to align the people strategy for both the short and long term goals of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an interim Head of HR with a strong generalist background, ideally composed of the following experience:
- Employee Relations such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management
- Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Talent Management
- Learning & Development including Leadership Development
- Employee Engagement
- Policy & Process development
