Frazer John Recruitment, Technology Practice, are recruiting an IT Manager for a Manchester based client.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director you’ll have responsibility for the management of the Service Desk team, logged service requests and 3rd party relationships.In addition, you will:
What experience/knowledge do you need?
- Take responsibility for managing all customer incidents/service requests are resolved to agreed SLA’s
- Identify opportunities/risks/improvements to the Service Desk logging system.
- Assist in analysis, design and implementation of office based and remote data applications
- Oversee the administration of Active Directory and Office 365
- Manage and conduct regular 1-2-1’s & training with the Service Desk team.
- Experience of Windows 10 and MAC OSX fault finding
- Experience of Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of Hyper-V, Azure and Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of Networking principals – Cisco, Meraki and Virtual appliances
- Remote Monitoring and Management Systems
