Frazer John Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a Liverpool based business that are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team for an initial period of 12 Months.
The business in question are looking for an experienced and talented individual that can participate in the hiring process from start until finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting jobs, using direct sourcing methods, scheduling interviews and managing the recruitment administration.
- Using job boards to direct source candidates
- Effectively managing a list of agencies & suppliers
- Schedule interviews for suitable candidates
- Delivering monthly and quarterly recruitment reports
- Support the wider team with general admin duties
- Manage all recruitment administration
- Update in house CV database
- Screen CV's and shortlist suitable candidate applications
- Maintaining recruitment folders, ensuring all documents are correctly saved
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Excellent communications skills
- Proven experience as a recruitment coordinator or recruiter
