Frazer John Recruitment, HR Practice is recruiting for a Reward Analyst on behalf of a client in Manchester. This is ideal for an Interim Consultant and is paying day rate across a three day working week.
The role is a strategic position incorporating both operational and consultative responsibilities. You will support a comprehensive evaluation of the roles within the business and be responsible for offering support in terms of recommendations with a clear analysis and evaluation of posts.
Your role is to ensure that all evaluations are completed in accordance with the predetermined guidelines of the client and within the agreed time frames.
You will have experience of working within a rewards and benefits team and be skilled at stakeholder management. We are ideally looking for someone who has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and enjoy working to deadlines to ensure key performance management activities are met.
