Frazer John Recruitment, HR Practice as recruiting for a Reward and Benefits Advisor on behalf of a well known client in Manchester City Centre. This is a permanent role, paying £30,000 plus benefits.
This is an exciting career opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in a project focussed Reward Advisor role. You will report to a really high calibre subject matter expert to support the delivery of the reward strategy across the Group. You will also support on the introduction of Role Evaluation, whilst handling the pay, reward, benefits and recognition offer across the business.
You will have some experience of working in rewards and benefits and be skilled at stakeholder management. We are ideally looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, and enjoy working to deadlines to ensure key performance management activities are met. The role will be supported by a Reward Analyst and you will work collaboratively to analyse key reward data and produce relevant management information for projects. You must have a proven track record of delivering key initiatives within a fast-paced environment and be able to manage and balance your own workload. You’ll be working with significant amounts of data and information, so it’s essential you have excellent attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills.
